This Privacy Policy explains how RegAMagazine ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit regamagazine.com or contact us. RegAMagazine is an independent publication covering Regulation A and Regulation Crowdfunding offerings. It is not a broker-dealer, funding portal or investment adviser.
We collect the email address (and optional first name and interests) you give us to send the weekly briefing, and the messages you send us. We do not sell or share your information with issuers, platforms or advertisers.

We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Analytics runs only with your consent and without advertising features. How long we keep information

Every briefing includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@regamagazine.com and we will remove you.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
